Key responsibilities Proactively source and engage with candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, and industry-specific networks. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver quality talent in line with business requirements. Talent Pooling potential future candidates Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions. Working within the People functions to positively contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our ‘soon to be launched’ applicant tracking system (ATS) Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates Promote and enhance the company’s employer brand through engagement with potential candidates and active participation in recruitment events. Foster relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Represent Vital Energi as an employer of choice, promoting our values and the exciting projects we’re involved in. Support the People Team and Talent Acquisition Manager with other talent development initiatives. What you will need Proven experience as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role. Successful headhunting approach (LinkedIn, other platforms) Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
