As part of the People Function, we empower leaders and colleagues, enabling LSEG to attract and nurture diverse talent, foster career growth, and deliver exceptional employee experiences.This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about operational excellence, employee support, and people development.**Role Overview**Reporting to the **Senior Manager/Manager – Employee Services**, you will lead the HR service delivery team in resolving employee queries related to HR processes and policies, ensuring timely and high-quality responses that enhance the employee experience. You will oversee the delivery of employee lifecycle processes, specifically offboarding & RIF and Workday transactions managed by both onshore and offshore teams. The role also involves coaching the team, driving process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.**Key Responsibilities*** Use data to analysis behavior, predict trend so that volume can be forecasted, handled efficiently and challenges are handled in advance.* Lead and support the HR service delivery team in resolving HR queries, offboarding and RIF within SLA, ensuring quality and consistency in responses.* Advise and guide stakeholders on HR services, policies, and procedures, resolving queries effectively.* Ensure delivery service meets agreed SLAs and quality standards and presented in a niche and meaningful manner during regular connects focused on process evolution.* Monitor team performance, assign cases based on priority, and ensure timely processing aligned with payroll cut-offs enabling seamless colleague experience.* Maintain and update process documentation; ensure team adherence to updated procedures.* Provide hands-on support during resource gaps and ensure end-to-end process knowledge.* Facilitate onboarding, system access, and training for new team members.* Coach and train the team on process and policy changes and BAU activities; provide continuous feedback to improve performance.* Conduct regular team meetings, share updates, and encourage open fair communication. Build trust in leadership, enable great engage score.* Develop and implement training programs focused on HR processes and query resolution.* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and alignment with business needs. Proactive approach to learn trend and manage risk.* Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to simplify and automate HR processes, enhancing service delivery and employee experience.* Conduct regular audits and use KPIs to measure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the function.* Oversee employee query resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.* Establish feedback mechanisms to gather insights and enhance service delivery.* Collaborate with People Operations and other stakeholders to streamline processes and drive service excellence.* Contribute to process enhancements and harmonization projects across the function.* Foster a high performing, engaged team culture through continuous learning and development.* Ensure timely completion of local compliance surveys and audit requests.* With the Dominant goal of Colleague Experience via. Surveys and other sessions are high and KPIs/Objectives of the team and process are met.**Qualifications & Experience*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.* 8–10 years of experience in people operations, employee services, or a related domain – specific to offboarding and RIF* Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday.* Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar HR systems.* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.* Customer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing employee experience.* Ability to navigate complex, matrixed global environments.* Self-motivated with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.**Career Stage:**Senior Associate**London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information:**Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
