We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of Change Delivery pipelines. You’ll lead a range of business improvement and change workstreams, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to ensure delivery is structured, aligned, and value-driven.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading delivery of business improvement and change workstreams in an Agile environment
* Managing a pipeline of change activity from scoping through to delivery
* Facilitating Agile sessions (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to maintain delivery momentum
* Working with senior stakeholders to define outcomes and track progress
* Collaborating with Product and Technical teams on requirements and user stories
* Managing risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
* Providing clear updates and reporting to senior leadership
* Ensuring delivery translates into measurable business benefits
What experience you’ll need
* Project Management experience in IT / Software Delivery environments
* Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
* Experience delivering business change or technical projects end-to-endAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Experience working with Product and Software Engineering teams
* Strong communication and delivery focus
* PRINCE2 or equivalent
