With a culture built on trust, continuity, and client care, now looking to welcome a new Legal Assistant to their friendly and busy Private Client team in Fareham.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in the daily operations of our Private Client department, supporting solicitors and fee earners in delivering high-quality service across a broad spectrum of matters including wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing administrative and secretarial support to legal staff
* Audio typing and document production from digital dictation
* Managing client onboarding and compliance processes
* Opening and closing client files and maintaining accurate records
* Diary and appointment management
* Handling telephone calls and liaising with clients and third parties
* Assisting with general office duties as part of the wider team
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a legal support role within Private Client
* Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure
* A client-focused approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
