You'll support them throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and confident by providing regular updates and clear communication. You'll efficiently process cases, tackle complex queries professionally, and deliver a seamless experience. Occasionally, you'll introduce customers to simple products and services, providing tailored solutions and essential support to the wider sales team. Your success will come from building trust and rapport. You'll confidently set objectives for calls and meetings, use engaging materials to convey information, and ask insightful questions to uncover customer needs. Whether answering inquiries via phone or email or collaborating with colleagues, you'll remain proactive and customer focused in all your interactions. You'll need experience working in a sales conveyancing operation, along with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to engage effectively with a diverse range of audiences. You should be able to demonstrate your experience in prioritising your workload to meet both short-term and long-term deadlines. Strong customer service skills, personal integrity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues are also essential.
