Luxury Boutique Store Manager – Kidswear
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Store Manager to lead a prestigious London boutique specialising in luxury kidswear crafted from the world’s finest cashmere.
This role requires a leader who can deliver both commercial excellence and a luxury client experience. You will drive your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while cultivating an atmosphere of elegance, warmth, and service that keeps clients returning season after season.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire, coach, and motivate the boutique team to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
* Build a culture of clienteling, ensuring each client relationship is personal, long-lasting, and profitable.
* Strategically analyse business performance, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and growth.
* Lead by example on the shop floor, embodying refined service and polished presentation.
* Maintain boutique standards at the highest level, reflecting the artistry and exclusivity of the collection.
* Champion excellence in both sales execution and client experience.
* Oversee HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
* Conduct regular one-to-ones and team meetings to set objectives and monitor progress.
* Manage staff schedules, payroll, and holiday planning to ensure smooth boutique operations.
Ideal Profile:
* Proven success as a Store Manager within luxury retail.
* Experience in kidswear is highly desirable; alternatively, strong background in ready-to-wear is essential. Ideally at least 3 to 5 years of experience.
* Track record of driving KPIs through inspirational leadership and commercial strategies.
* Strong HR management skills, with experience handling payroll, scheduling, and appraisals.
* Ability to build rapport with discerning clients and nurture long-term relationships.
* Results-driven mindset paired with a genuine passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and style.
* Confident, polished, and motivational with strong business acumen.
