The Role We are looking for reliable, seasoned Cover Supervisors to join our elite team supporting Good and Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary schools across Havering. Your Responsibilities: As the lead figure in the classroom, your day-to-day will involve: Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and focused learning environment by implementing the school's behaviour policy. Supervising Pre-Set Work: Delivering lessons left by the regular teacher, ensuring students understand the tasks and stay on track. Supporting Students: Answering questions and providing guidance to help pupils complete their assigned work. Safety & Welfare: Ensuring the health and safety of all students while acting as a professional role model.
