Alternative Heat design, develop and deliver a wide range of offsite-prefabricated, innovative, and sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK & Europe. What We Do: We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Europe. We also offer turnkey design, build, and operate solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout UK & Europe. Team Overview: The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Role Overview: Take full accountability and responsibility for the product once handed over from the internal BD team through delivery at multiple client sites. Ensure a world-class, safe, high-quality, and efficient service to a key client, delivering the product right first time and aligned to planned site need-by dates. This role is integral to client satisfaction and delivering a value proposition that exceeds expectations. Collaborating closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, this role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction and delivering a value proposition that consistently exceeds expectations. You will be responsible for finalizing and delivering the completed design for each project, ensuring a seamless handover to our client installation teams.
