This role sits within a part of the IT support team responsible for supporting multiple business areas and products. Your main focus will be will be acting as a second / third line support, working closely with the users, development team and technical services.

What you’ll do

Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include;
* Provide detailed second / 3rd line operational support, investigation, and analysis of system issues
* Liaise with the users to understand the background of the issues and how they use the system to help determine possible causes of an issue.
* Working with the internal systems and project teams to help determine the priority of bug fixes and enhancements.
* Take a key role within any Major Incident of the key internal systems.
* Manage configuration of roles, permissions, and security
* Provide reports on utilisation and resolution time of detailed issues raised.
Who you’ll be
You will have experience working in 2nd and 3rd line support and you will be comfortable working in a team.

Other key skills we are looking for you to demonstrate include;
* Previous IT support experience
* Change management knowledge
* Ability to learn quickly
* Ability to easily understand business processes and system configuration

* Strong investigation, analytical and diagnostic skills
