Overall Purpose of Role:
To sell the company’s Print Machinery and provide support to the UK Sales Department, UK Direct Sales & Partner Manager and Customers to maximise profitability.
Responsibilities
* Produce a Territory Plan at the start of each FY
* Ensure best use of time in the business hours are achieved to work smart and push sales opportunities
* Ensure demonstrations are booked in agreement with the Showroom Manager.
* Ensure any credit terms outside of normal business rules are agreed with the Manager.
* Ensure written proposals and quotations are clear and describe the current situation, the desired situation and your recommendation.
* Ensure clear and concise communication with other sales departments.
* Attendance at Direct Sales Team meetings.
* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
* Record, elevate and follow through customer complaints in line with the company procedure.
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
* CRM database reporting & updating ensuring accuracy of information, access orders within department time scales and ensure all paperwork is submitted correctly.
* Professionally manage customer relationships in order to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
