Role Description
This is a full-time Line Manager position, located on-site in Coventry. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring high standards of care delivery that align with CQC regulations. The Line Manager will supervise and support team members, provide training, implement efficient processes, and assess performance outcomes. Maintaining open and effective communication with staff and clients is essential to this role.
