Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role within a highly collaborative team. We’re looking for an experienced Marketing/Campaign Specialist with either in‑house D2C experience or an integrated agency background.
You’ll have a strong understanding of all marketing channels, with proven experience briefing campaigns, coordinating channel teams and overseeing asset creation. Success in this role hinges on excellent project management, multi‑channel campaign planning, and the ability to report on performance and drive optimisation. Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence across the business are key attributes for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the continued development of Campaign Marketing strategy, supporting overall brand development and brand awareness, driving new customer acquisitions and supporting NPD and promotional strategies.
* Leading the planning and coordination of multi‑channel campaigns/Campaign Calendar, from initial briefing through to final sign‑off – including checking and coordinating amends.
* Managing multi‑channel campaigns across OOH, Digital (Email, Social Media, Content and Web), PR, Events and offline marketing: DM, Leaflets, POS.
* Tracking KPIs including campaign measurement and brand metrics.
* Liaising with cross‑team/channel managers and external agencies across media and creative.
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Proven track record in building brand through multi‑channel campaign planning and marketing communications.
* Experience creating and owning a Campaign Calendar.
* Multi‑channel/cross‑channel understanding and asset creation experience.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced and consistently evolving environment, managing multiple projects.
