Job Description:
Your new firm
Our award-winning Top 50 firm has been a remarkable success story in recent years. Having expanded significantly throughout the last decade, their strategically important and ambitious Bristol office continues to grow at a rapid pace, winning significant clients along the way.
Your new role
The firm boasts a highly regarded Energy and Construction team that operates across its network of national offices, working on domestic and international projects at the forefront of decarbonisation and investment in clean energy. They are seeking an experienced Construction or Projects lawyer with a passion for clean energy to join their Bristol team.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders on cross-border clean energy projects for prominent operators. This is a chance to advance your career in a dynamic team during a period of significant investment, with clear support from the firm's leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an established Construction or Projects lawyer experienced in large-scale construction projects, preferably with a focus on clean energy or renewables.
Experience with various clean energy technologies such as BESS, solar, hydrogen, wind, EV charging, or district heating infrastructure is advantageous. While direct sector experience is preferred, candidates with a broader construction or projects background and a strong interest in clean energy will also be considered.
What you'll get in return
This ambitious and entrepreneurial firm supports and promotes lawyers with talent and drive. With a growing portfolio of industry-leading work, this role offers excellent prospects for career development in the clean energy sector, including potential partnership opportunities. The firm offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, suitable for full or part-time lawyers, and welcomes applicants from the Southwest or those considering relocation.
