ServiceManager Role:
* You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
* Smooth and efficient running of the service department
* Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
* Drive customer service
* Monitoring KPIs
* Driving the team, support and training
ServiceManager Requirements:
* Must have at least 3+ years experience as a Service Manager/ Aftersales Manager at a main dealer or a used car dealership
* Main dealership experience is extremely beneficial but not essential
* Strong Management xsngvjr & Interpersonal skills
* Full UK driving license
