Overview
A highly regarded Global Insurer has a key new opening to join as a Senior Development Underwriter focusing on mid market property and casualty risks. This role will focus on a panel of Brokers across the Midlands with strong relationships already in place.
Responsibilities
* Own and develop relationships with Brokers managing new business quotations and submissions whilst achieving quote targets and conversion aims within business strategy.
* Engage with Brokers regularly on a face to face basis as well as at industry events to drive the performance of this well known and respected brand.
* Have exposure to a variety of complex and interesting accounts with the opportunity to focus on writing high quality business.
* Manage existing business including MTA’s and renewals.
Qualifications
Extensive property and casualty underwriting experience.
Although the role is at Senior level, my client will also consider experienced Property & Casualty Underwriters who are ready to take the step up to senior level.
