You'll play a key role in supporting technical and project operations, ensuring parts, materials, and documentation are efficiently managed to keep projects running smoothly. As a Technical / Project Administrator, you'll work closely with the operations and engineering teams to coordinate procurement, track stock and components, and provide essential administrative support across multiple projects. Your responsibilities as a Technical / Project Administrator: Track stock levels and procurement requirements against Bills of Materials (BOMs). Source suppliers and issue drawings, models, and specifications for quotation. Raise purchase requisitions, place orders, and expedite deliveries. Inspect incoming parts, perform basic quality checks, and kit components for build. Support build teams with parts availability and sourcing queries. Monitor and report on build progress and supplier performance. Your current experience which will help you as a Technical / Project Administrator: Proven administrative experience within a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and working with engineering documentation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment. Full UK driving licence and access to own transport. What you can expect as a Technical / Project Administrator: 4 - 6 week fixed term contract (ends 31st December 2025) Potential for extension due to requirements. Rates are dependent on experience.
