The business has grown significantly, both organically and through strategic acquisitions. Currently, they are expanding their engineering team to support their continued success, with a strong focus on internal and external training and development.As a result, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager with immediate effect.The Role The Maintenance Manager will have full responsibility for leading and developing an established team of engineers. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing third-party contractors, and supporting projects with your technical expertise.
