Responsibilities
* Support and manage the day-to-day setup and optimisation of the Sweaty Betty marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads.
* Responsible for maintenance of account hygiene, including audience refresh cadence, pixel & feed-based health checks.
* Work with the Manager to develop Regional Comms strategy and be responsible for its implementation.
* Support the Manager to manage the relationship with external creative partners and manage the process from creative briefing to delivery of content.
* Own paid ad builds across platforms (META, Pinterest, TikTok), Google Ads, with oversight from Manager.
* Assist in maintaining the ad creative process and relationship with internal stakeholders.
* Learn and develop a high degree of quality control and enforce the consistency of creative standards and tone of voice across platforms.
* Research and disseminate information regarding emerging social platforms to support Sweaty Betty’s digital expansion.
* Take and distribute meeting notes and action points from calls with platforms to Biddable team.
* Aid in reporting processes on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis, inclusive of pulling platform data and formatting into digestible outputs.
* Work with Manager to present end of campaign findings to wider Sweaty Betty stakeholders.
* Assist the team in analyzing metrics, providing performance updates and suggesting new optimizations and initiatives to the wider Sweaty Betty team.
* Conduct targeting, creative and wider platform data analysis to drive performance.
* Help manage the biddable testing calendar—from setup to reporting and next steps.
* Evaluate test results and contribute ideas for future experiments.
* Work with content and account teams to align creative assets with testing goals and platform best practices.
* Ensure META’s technical set-up (including pixel delivery & catalog match rates) remains at a high level and proactively raises any issues.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
* A basic understanding of key platforms, including META, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube & Google Ads.
* An analytical mind and an interest in driving performance through data.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage workload effectively to ensure that ads go live on time and accurately.
* At least 6 months experience within a marketing / digital role.
* Experience within video & display is an advantage.
* The ability to work collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure that we have the correct assets, budget and targeting set up across our campaigns.
* Comfortable working with data and using Excel to identify trends and share insights.
