Executive Assistant to Founders
Mayfair, London | Up to £70,000 + benefits, bonus
Office-based Monday to Thursday | Fridays from home
Are you an exceptional Executive Assistant looking for a fast-paced, high-impact role at the heart of a boutique private equity investment firm?
This is a rare opportunity to support two incredibly dynamic and driven Co-Founders in an agile, high-growth business with over £100 million in locked-in revenue and an impressive portfolio of global brand partnerships.
Based in beautifully appointed offices in Mayfair, this is an office-first role (Monday to Thursday in-person, Friday from home) where precision, pace, and discretion are everything. You’ll be central to the daily running of the Founders’ operations, managing extremely busy and ever-changing international diaries, coordinating complex travel across time zones, and liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, clients, and investors.
This is a role for someone with flawless attention to detail, unflappable calm, and the confidence to operate in a lean, high-performing team. You’ll be working closely with a German office, so German language skills would be a strong bonus. Tech is embedded in every part of the business, so a tech-savvy mindset and experience using digital platforms for scheduling, comms, and reporting is key.
You’ll need to be process-driven, highly adaptable, and able to respond to shifting priorities with confidence and clarity. If you're excited by the idea of growing into a Chief of Staff role in the longer term, this position offers a clear path and the mentorship to get you there.
What we’re looking for:
* Significant EA experience supporting senior leaders in private equity, investment management, hedge funds, consulting, or similar fast-paced sectors
* Exceptional diary and travel management skills – across multiple time zones and with zero room for error
* A relationship-driven approach and professional polish when interacting with clients and C-suite stakeholders
* High levels of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to stay one step ahead in a small, agile team
* German language skills (preferred but not essential)
Why join?
* Competitive salary (Up to £70,000) plus discretionary bonus
* Long-term opportunity to evolve into a Chief of Staff position
* Work with inspiring Founders and a supportive, high-performing team
If you're ready to step into a role where excellence is expected and recognised — and where your career can truly accelerate — we’d love to hear from you.
