A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our well established clients as a Conveyancing Assistant, The primary role is to provide support to the line manager, to enable the team to operate at optimum efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Deal effectively with clients and third-parties over the telephone, and occasionally face to face, in order to provide advice and assistance. • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties, providing updates and answering queries in a professional and timely manner. • Assisting with preparation of legal documents, inclouding drafting initial contract packs, transfer deeds, and stamp duty land tax. • Providing comprehensive administrative support to fee earners, including diary management, arranging appointments, and handling correspondence. • Liasing with third parties such as local authoiries, mortage lenders, and other solicitors. • Arranging for the exchange of contracts and completion. • Assisting with preparing completion statements and invoices.
