Rate of Pay: £267.23 - £368.00 per day
Summary:
The Customer Services Operations Lead will be responsible for leading and managing customer service operations across contact centre and service delivery functions. The role focuses on improving customer experience, driving operational performance, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with organisational standards and objectives
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage customer service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all customer contact channels
* Oversee performance management, including KPIs, service standards, and continuous improvement plans
* Manage and support operational managers and teams, providing clear leadership and direction
* Drive improvements in customer experience, processes, and service accessibility
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
* Manage operational risks, resources, and budgets effectively
Essentials:
* Proven experience in managing large-scale customer service or contact centre operations
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience of performance management and service improvement
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand operational environment
