The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the buildings/estates to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements
Requirements:
• Degree Holder in Property / Facility Management or related disciplines is preferred
• 5 years experience in Property / Facility Management with 2 years managerial experience
• Member of CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification is preferable
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1 / Tier 2) Licence is preferred
• Responsible, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
•Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing
