Job description
Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) is an executive agency of the Scottish Government. We manage the National Forest Estate on behalf of Scottish Ministers and form part of the Environment and Forestry Directorate.
The team supports colleagues across the region in planning and delivering major programmes such as timber harvesting, replanting, forest road construction, native woodland and peatland restoration, renewable energy projects, recreation, and outdoor learning.
The Business Support Officer will answer regional enquiries, cover the office, and carry out a range of administrative tasks. This is a varied role involving regular contact with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
