Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and support a team of maintenance technicians across two hotel sites
* Plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance schedules
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards and legal requirements
* Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, identifying and resolving maintenance issues
* Manage external contractors and service providers where required
* Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation
* Support hotel management teams with maintenance-related queries and projects
* Monitor budgets, control costs, and source materials/equipment effectively
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including risk assessments and safe systems
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, ideally within hospitality or multi-site environments
* Strong technical knowledge across general maintenance areas (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
* Leadership and team management experience
* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
* Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
