Job Title: Night Operations Lead

Workchain is currently seeking a Night Operations Lead for our client in Sevenoaks, TN14 on a permanent basis.
As a Night Operations Lead, you will manage a small team of workers and be fully responsible for all activities and compliance on site during your shift.
Reporting directly into the transport and distribution centre manager you will be required to produce an accurate shift report and handover.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
· To ensure that all teams with the operations manage the allocation of stock and deliver 100% fulfilment to clients
· Ensure near miss and dispensing incidents are reported in line with regulations to internal departments
· To manage the support of internal queries to ensure that they are resolved and returned to the dispensing process before daily cut offs
· To track, monitor and manage individuals against clearly identified KPI’s and documentation of all people entering and leaving the site
· Documentation of any abnormalities relating to stock
· Reporting of any adverse events during the drivers routes and deliveries
· To ensure SOP’s are reviewed in line with company time frames and documentation of all people entering and leaving the site
Additional to this you will be required to assist with the loading and unloading of the night trunks and HGV's and being responsible for the scanning and sortation of all medication and ancillary's
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven experience of managing a team to meet company and department KPI’s
· Experienced in managing staff in line with company and regulatory policies and procedures
· Excellent team management skills, capable of building, developing and motivating the team
· Excellent communication skills
· A good understanding of IT and packages
· Strong analytical skills
Ideally candidates will have a strong client service experience, hold a full UK Driving Licence, be able to adhere to (CQC / GDP / NMC / GPHC / ICO) standards and have a good understanding of the regulatory requirements for pharmacy, however full training will be provided.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 10.00pm to 6.00am.
The starting salary is £36.5kpa, with excellent company benefits.
