BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Retirement Living Admin/Receptionist to work within a Sheltered Housing Scheme based in the Rochester area. You will be based within a beautiful service hosting two and three-bedroom Shared Ownership and one-bedroom affordable rent apartments and will work with the Scheme Manager to help support the running of the service and admin. Duties include but will not be limited too. · Supporting with welfare checks · Writing up reports · Logging any relevant paperwork · Answering any correspondents from 3rd parties and residents full time position at 36 hours Monday-Friday. Pay rate : starting from £12.59ph PAYE £23,587 per annum. This is initially a temporary ongoing position You will need an enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service already in place prior to application
