Registered Service Manager – Specialist Care Home Location: Dartford, Kent (DA1) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday) Contract: Permanent About Our Client Our client is a specialist health and social care provider supporting adults with complex needs, including mental health conditions, neurodegenerative disorders, acquired brain injuries, and physical disabilities. The Role We are seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a refurbished, purpose-built care home in Dartford. The service provides 24 beds for males with diverse and often complex care needs. You will oversee all daily operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and driving quality care outcomes.
