With flagship stores in Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, London, and Milan, we blend online and physical retail to provide a seamless customer experience. We are looking for a Senior Visual Merchandiser to oversee visual presentation strategies across Glasgow and Newcastle, while contributing to projects in London, Manchester, and Milan.
Responsibilities
* Lead and train visual merchandising team members on best practices.
* Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and displays.
* Collaborate with store teams to ensure consistency in visual execution.
* Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards and provide feedback.
* Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand objectives.
* Ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activities, and seasonal trends.
* Create visually inspiring in‑store and window displays reflecting END. brand identity.
* Communicate upcoming activities, campaigns, and collaborations to the store team.
* Train store staff on product presentation and floor moves.
* Maximise sell‑through by analysing sales reports and taking action.
* Maintain store appearance: windows, lighting, props, furniture.
* Monitor competitor visual merchandising trends and propose innovative ideas.
* Assist in planning and executing in‑store events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
* Design layouts that support intuitive customer flow and highlight key product stories.
* Track visual merchandising KPIs such as dwell time, conversion rates, and display effectiveness.
* Provide prompt photographic feedback to HQ and liaise with Retail, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
* Report to management and support specific managerial store duties.
