MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the Quality Assurance and Food Safety function to ensure compliance with McCormick, regulatory, and customer standards.
2. Drive the Quality & Food Safety Management Program, achieving key objectives and KPIs.
3. Maintain and strengthen compliance with corporate QA policies, covering raw materials, processes, environment, and finished goods.
4. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and food safety culture.
5. Lead, motivate, and develop the site Quality Team, fostering growth and accountability.
6. Oversee incident management, providing coaching and training to site teams.
7. Play an active role on the Site Operations Leadership Team, influencing both quality and operational decisions....
