Are you a Technical Services Engineer looking to start a new opportunity in Southampton? We’re excited to be supporting a valued airline client as they establish a new maintenance hub in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Services Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the continued airworthiness and reliability of the airline’s fleet.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for supporting the airline's fleet in full compliance with UK CAA Part CAMO regulation requirements. This position will see you monitoring AMP performance through reliability reporting and data analysis, issuing engineering orders, and providing essential technical support to the Part maintenance organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Monitoring AMP performance through reliability reporting and analysis of data
2. Preparing and issuing engineering orders, work cards, instructions, and procedures in line with maintenance data
3. Providing technical support services to the Part Maintenance Organisation
4. Liaising with regulatory authorities, aircraft, and component OEMs
5. Supporting continuous improvement in fleet reliability and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
6. Degree in Aircraft / Aeronautical Engineering or an equivalent qualification, or a Part Licence
7. Strong technical understanding of maintenance data, AMP, and reliability processes
8. Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
9. A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and to deadlines
10. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
