Salesforce is the organisation's critical operational backbone, used by 16-18 business teams across the globe. With a new version set to be implemented to improve user experience and efficiency, a dedicated UK Salesforce team of engineers and analysts has been established - and you could be part of it.
Role
As a DevOps Engineer/Salesforce Engineer, you''ll join this newly formed Salesforce development team, building and enhancing applications for a wide range of stakeholders. You''ll work on a highly customised Salesforce platform, applying your technical expertise to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
This role requires deep technical understanding, hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, and strong development skills - alongside the ability to thrive in a collaborative, product-focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce (essential)
* Proven experience as a developer
* Experience with DevOps, GIT, and CI/CD pipelines
* Infrastructure as Code experience
* Strong configuration management skills in complex environments
* Salesforce certification (advantageous)
Location & Requirements
This role will see you in the Cardiff office 2 days per week so applicants must live in a commutable distance or be willing to relocate.
