Lead and manage the payroll team to deliver accurate and timely monthly and annual payroll services in compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
Align payroll operations with the organisation’s broader objectives, optimising processes and leveraging data for informed decision-making.
Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and workloads.
Embrace digital innovation and technology advancements to drive continuous improvement in payroll services.
Provide regular, data-driven reporting including performance indicators, project updates, and statutory compliance.Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a payroll team in a high-volume environment.
Extensive working knowledge of payroll software and systems.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines effectively.
In-depth practical knowledge of statutory and legislative payroll regulations, including workplace pensions.
Professional payroll qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience.
