The opportunity As an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser with Octagon Financial you will provide advice to clients provided through a strong relationship with the estate agency team. This role is flexible in terms of WFH. The main office is in Milton Keynes and there would be regular weekly meetings held there, so you would need to be in commutable distance. The benefits £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary uncapped commission opportunity (OTE £60,000). Company pension scheme. All leads provided. High earning potential Your responsibilities will include: You will provide expert advice and make recommendations on mortgages and protection products. Manage cases through from enquiry to completion, with support from an administration team. Stay current with industry trends and regulations through ongoing CPD. Maximise exclusive estate agency lead opportunities. Maintain our reputation. Utilise CRM system to manage cases. What will you need to succeed? CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification. 2 years of proven success in mortgage & protection advice (must have). Strong FCA compliance knowledge. Driven, professional & client focused. Why us?
