Finance Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a busy and supportive finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role within a fast-paced finance function, where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key.
In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the finance team with a range of administrative and operational tasks. A key focus of the position will involve handling customer account queries and ensuring outstanding third-party debt is collected in a timely and efficient manner.
Alongside this, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting banking administration, including the day-to-day management of role profiles, system users and bank account access
* Maintaining and updating customer information within the invoicing system to ensure records remain accurate
* Working closely with the finance administration team to identify and resolve any discrepancies
* Providing documentation and assistance during audit processes
* Assisting with the preparation of management information and finance reports
* Supporting the wider administration team with finance purchase orders and budget-related processes
