Our Head of School will:
* Have recent and relevant experience as a Deputyor Assistant Head
* Be an effective and experienced senior leaderwith excellent management and organisational skills
* Be able to lead transformational change, workingat pace alongside governors and staff
* Have sound knowledge of education best practiceand be able to challenge and support to ensure high quality teaching andlearning
* Monitor progress and performance to ensure everychild and every member of staff achieves their best
* Be innovative, working in partnership with ourcommunity, with neighbouring schools as part of the Federation and Hove ClusterPartnership and with the Local Authority
* Be committed to equality and able to tacklebarriers to learning and well-being
* Have a holistic focus on children’s well-beingto ensure a safe and inspirational learning environment
