An opportunity Has Arisen for a Paraplanner to join an independent financial advisory firm, providing tailored guidance to help individuals and businesses make informed financial decisions. As a Paraplanner, you will oversee and lead the client support team, ensuring smooth operations, efficient case progression, and high service standards. This full-time permanent role offers benefits and a salary range of £30,000 – £40,000. You Will Be Responsible For Leading, mentoring, and developing the client support team. Allocating and monitoring workloads to ensure deadlines are achieved. Managing complex or high-priority client administration tasks directly. Overseeing onboarding, annual reviews, and day-to-day service delivery. Acting as the main operational point of contact between advisers and paraplanners. Monitoring workflow and addressing bottlenecks before they escalate. Maintaining compliance and ensuring quality standards are met. Driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.
