Job Title: Female Support worker/Personal Assistant (This job advertisement for females only falls as an Exception under the Equality Act 2010)
Hours per week: 8 hours – flexible across Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue evenings; 2‑, 3‑, or 4‑hour blocks may be arranged. Details will be discussed at interview.
Location: Llandudno Junction, Conwy
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour
About the role
Personal assistant/support worker for a 25‑year‑old woman with autism in the Llandudno Junction area. You will provide support with personal care, feeding, and recreational activities such as games, toys, music, songs, and reading, while respecting any dietary requirements.
Task and duties (may include all or some of the following)
* Assistance with personal care (washing, dressing)
* Assistance with feeding, paying due attention to dietary needs
* Encouraging interaction, communication and motivation during play times using games, toys, music, songs, reading and other stimulating activities
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment, observing Health and Safety at all times
* Any other duties within the scope of this role, agreed jointly
* Undertaking further training, as mutually agreed

Requirements
* DBS check and two references
* Proof of Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
