About the Role:
Joining a supportive team of around 15 people and reporting to the Helpline Support Manager, youll provide technical pensions advice and guidance to internal stakeholders via Live Chat, email, and phonesupporting queries around the advice framework and delivering excellent service within agreed service levels.
Youll also support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the business by:
* Resolving technical and advice queries quickly and accurately
* Leading improvements to tools and systems that help colleagues work more efficiently
* Delivering tailored presentations to new and existing stakeholders
* Providing in-depth support on complex queries via a dedicated consultation service
* Acting as a subject matter expert on internal projects
* Contributing to training delivery and drafting technical content
