About the role
We are looking for a resourceful, professional and friendly team member to contribute to the efficient running of our Sales Operations. As a Sales Support Coordinator you will be assisting our Account Managers in providing quotations, processing high value orders for key accounts and responding to internal and external customer enquiries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interaction, developing productive working relationships and managing an ever-changing workload where accuracy and attention to detail is key.

Role location: Cirencester office – hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 days remote). We offer a competitive package and benefits such as 25 days holiday, BUPA Healthcare and other incentives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a good knowledge of the team’s customers and the pricing structure which applies to each customer
* Receive, validate and process purchase orders
* Enter order details onto the dedicated orders/accounts database
* Liaise effectively with vendor account manager and update the customer with the latest vendor promotions
* Respond to enquiries from customers via telephone and e-mail in a prompt and professional manner
* Build and maintain business relationships with customers
* Provide accurate quotations to the customer and pass details to the correct Account Manager
* Action customer requests for returned goods, generate authorisation numbers and issue proofs of delivery to enable prompt settlement of accounts
Administrative/Self Development
* Attend relevant internal and external product training
* Meet all reporting deadlines with accuracy (e.g., call reporting, pipeline reporting, etc.)
* Attend all required internal and external meetings
About you
Required skills, experience and competencies
* Previous experience in Customer Services or Order Support (any sector)
* Detail oriented with strong attention to accuracy
* Demonstrates a proactive approach, anticipating requirements and taking timely action
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
* Resilient with effective problem-solving skills
* Strong inter-personal skills – written and verbal
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
