Full‑Time Teaching Assistant – Chandlers Ford Area

Pay: £85–£95 per day

Contract: Full‑time, starting September 2026

Hours: 8:30–3:30 (term time)

A welcoming and nurturing primary setting in the Chandlers Ford area is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. About the Role

• Supporting pupils across KS2
• Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
• Helping children regulate emotions and develop independence
• Offering clear, consistent boundaries with a patient and empathetic approach
• Adapting resources to meet individual learning needs

Duties Include

• Supporting learning and development in class
• Supervising pupils during transitions, playtimes and lunchtimes
• Recording progress against learning targets
• Encouraging positive social skills and resilience
• Assisting with general classroom organisation
