Role Title: EUC - Executive Support SME
Location: Wokingham/Warwick, UK (Office-based - 5 days per week)
Day Rate: £233.75 (Inside IR35)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support SME to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. The role involves managing day-to-day executive activities, coordinating meetings and communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and customer-focused, ensuring seamless executive support and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct administrative and operational support to executives, including diary management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
* Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
* Handle and safeguard confidential information and sensitive materials.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain accurate records.
* Oversee procurement, office budgets, and supplies management.
* Manage office administrative tasks, delegating and tracking completion as required.
* Maintain and enforce office policies and procedures.
* Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination.
* Provide excellent customer service, including managing calls and directing enquiries.
* Support day-to-day IT/EUC-related needs within the executive environment where required.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as an Executive Support Specialist, PA, or similar administrative role.
* Strong knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder management capacity.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
