Job Description
Our client,, is rebuilding a major customer options/configurator platform, the system that lets buyers choose upgrades and finishes for their new products. The current platform works well on the front end but suffers from a complex, inconsistent data structure at the back end.
This project will modernise that platform from the ground up ensuring data is structured correctly, flows seamlessly into core business systems, and supports future analytics.
The Role
SF Technology is supporting the search for a Data Mapping & Integration Analyst to sit between the business, the application development team, and the data function.
This is not a developer role, it’s a hands-on data design and mapping position, focused on how data is captured, structured, and shared across systems. You’ll unpick the current state, define the to-be data model, and ensure the rebuild is grounded in solid data architecture from day one.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse and document as-is data structures (JSON, SQL) from the legacy configurator application.
2. Design and define the to-be data model, capturing key entities, relationships, and integration points.
