Building Surveyor (Permanent) – £36,000 – £44,000 per annum

Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day workload delivering projects effectively and ensuring all projects are completed with snags and defects addressed and delivered on time within budgets.
* Lead fire compartmentation projects from inception to completion using competent and accredited contractor services.
* Provide advice to in‑house maintenance teams and design teams where required.
* Conduct building condition surveys across the estate.
* Manage contractors ensuring quality, performance and health & safety.
* Oversee projects valued from £100k to £500k.
Qualifications
* Experience producing technical drawings and proficiency in AutoCAD.
* HNC in Building or equivalent, with experience in client‑side surveying or property role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
