Office Assistant | Fast-Growth PR Agency | Central London (Office-based)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, PR firm to hire a Team/Office Assistant to support the central function and senior leadership team. This is a varied, hands‑on role for someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
The Role:
You’ll play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly, supporting senior stakeholders, managing diaries, and ensuring the office is well organised and fully functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary & Senior Support
* Manage busy diaries for two Co‑Founders (Outlook)
* Coordinate meetings, travel, lunches and dinners
* Liaise with clients and prospective clients
* Anticipate clashes and resolve issues proactively
Office Management
* Oversee day‑to‑day office administration
* Manage post, subscriptions, stationery and supplies
* Organise food shops and handle ad‑hoc office needs
* Liaise with building management, IT and AV providers
Travel & Events
* Book travel, accommodation and tickets for senior team members
* Support conferences and client events as needed
About You:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident prioritising multiple tasks
* Proactive, reliable and takes ownership
Experience as a Team Assistant, Office Assistant or Administrator is helpful but not essential.
Salary: up to £34K
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Central London (4-5 days onsite)
