Office Assistant | Fast-Growth PR Agency | Central London (Office-based) We're partnering with a fast-growing, PR firm to hire a Team/Office Assistant to support the central function and senior leadership team. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Role You'll play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly, supporting senior stakeholders, managing diaries, and ensuring the office is well organised and fully functioning. Key Responsibilities Diary & Senior Support * Manage busy diaries for two Co-Founders (Outlook) * Coordinate meetings, travel, lunches and dinners * Liaise with clients and prospective clients * Anticipate clashes and resolve issues proactively Office Management * Oversee day-to-day office administration * Manage post, subscriptions, stationery and supplies * Organise food shops and handle ad-hoc office needs * Liaise with building management, IT and AV providers Travel & Events * Book travel, accommodation and tickets for senior team members * Support conferences and client events as needed About You * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Confident prioritising multiple tasks * Clear communicator at all levels * Proactive, reliable and takes ownership Experience as a Team Assistant, Office Assistant or Administrator is helpful but not essential.
