Realise is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to cover learners in the East London region.
As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners in achieving their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to succeed in their learning journey with Realise.
Your key responsibilities are likely to include:
1. Supporting a caseload of 40 learners across your region, both face-to-face and remotely.
2. Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications.
3. Creating tailored solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience and develop their interests and careers.
4. Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.

The Salary
* Trainee or qualified Trainer capable of delivering Level 3: £27,500
* Qualified Trainer capable of delivering Level 5: £28,500
* Earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential.
* Significant occupational experience in an Early Years setting.
* An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous.
* A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
* Experience in managing your own caseload.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
