Realise is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to cover learners in the East London region.

As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners in achieving their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to succeed in their learning journey with Realise.

While daily tasks may vary, your key responsibilities will likely include:

1. Supporting a caseload of 40 learners across your region, both face-to-face and remotely
2. Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
3. Creating tailored solutions for learners to ensure the best experience and help develop their interests and careers
4. Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

We welcome applications from Trainee candidates as well as full-time and part-time applicants.

The Salary

* £27,500 for Trainee or qualified Trainers delivering Level 3
* £28,500 for qualified Trainers delivering Level 5
* Earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer

About You

* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential
* Significant occupational experience in an Early Years setting
* An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/33, CAVA) is advantageous
* A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) is advantageous
* Experience in managing your own caseload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in IT with working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* The interview process includes a 30-minute phone call with the Line Manager and a one-hour formal interview (likely on Teams), which involves a short microteach presentation followed by competency and behavioral questions
