Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator (Turning)
Location: Poole
Contract: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP36,000 + shift allowance
Working Hours:
* Week 1: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
* Week 2: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Mon-Thurs)
37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
* Set and operate CNC turning machines efficiently
* Maintain high quality standards and minimise non-conformance
* Perform routine machine maintenance to reduce downtime
* Comply with all health and safety procedures
About You
Essential:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC setting and operation
* Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings
* High attention to detail and strong quality focus
* Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude
* Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
* Experience with Siemenss and/or Fanuc controls
* Skilled in working with aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, and composites
