Repairs Planning Supervisor
Role Purpose
To lead and manage a team supporting property maintenance and compliance contracts within the Social Housing sectors. Ensuring efficient resource allocation, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support schedulers and planners to ensure timely, accurate job allocation and completion.
Oversee daily and weekly planning for reactive, planned, and compliance works.
Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, providing reports and performance insights.
Liaise with operational teams, contractors, and clients to coordinate resources and resolve scheduling issues.
Drive continuous improvement across scheduling processes and systems.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet performance and service standards.
Essential Experience & Skills
Proven experience supervising or managing scheduling/planning teams within Property Management, Social Housing, or Maintenance Contracting.
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
