Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to supervise and operate our busy asphalt production plant, using the latest technology to blend and mix aggregate, bitumen, modifiers, polymers, fillers, and pelletised fibre. You’ll lead a team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality every step of the way.
What you’ll do
* Supervise and operate the asphalt plant, ensuring compliance and best practice.
* Lead, train, and develop your team.
* Maintain accurate documentation and drive a strong safety culture.
* Monitor plant emissions and environmental compliance.
* Communicate openly with staff, management, clients, and suppliers.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in asphalt production and plant operations.
* Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools for asphalt production.
* Strong understanding of QA and H&S procedures.
* Appropriate licences (WTR, Class 1) and mechanical know-how.
* Leadership skills to train, coach, and motivate.
* First aid qualification and National Certificate in Pavement Surfacing (preferred).
