As a Soft Services Manager with Sodexo, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure significant business growth and deliver high-quality services across various site functions. Join our team and lead with purpose, driving excellence and innovation. What you’ll do: Provide strategic leadership and act as an ambassador for Vested Contract behavior on-site. Develop and build strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Implement and maintain business improvement processes and standardization. Manage day-to-day delivery of services, including Catering, Cleaning, Security, Reception, and Waste Management. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation. Drive the development and motivation of a high-performing team. Collaborate with country and regional management teams to align with business strategies. Ensure financial performance aligns with budget and maximize contract profitability. Proactively address and resolve operational issues and escalations. What you bring: Excellent interpersonal and client management skills. Proven experience in facilities management, particularly in soft services. Strong financial acumen and budget management skills. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation. Leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team. Ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive business growth. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges.
