Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team working alternate weekends. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
Duties
* Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
* Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage appointment scheduling
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
* Support the sales team as required.
Requirements
* Experience not essential as full training will be given
* A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £8,926.84-£23,166.18 per year
Expected hours: 7.5 per week
